While using a "mac look" is what caused us to analyze this theme a little closer than normal, that is currently not the problem.
The problem is that you relicensed the theme without permissions. Enough said. Either get the explicit permission or quit posting the theme here. At this point you'll need to have Splizzle post back to this thread stating that he has no problem with your theme being hosted here.
