Honestly I didn't even look at your last submission. I saw the theme and sent an IM off. Secondly, you can't take a copyrighted image and manipulate it as you have without permissions. If you create something from scratch it can not be confused for the original. None the less, Apple copyrights the "Look and Feel" of their work so you can't use anything of theirs without the risk of being sued. Thirdly, do you honestly think that I, or anyone else on the team, download, open and install every theme that comes through?
