First, the screenshot you have is not the screenshot I included with the 3rd beta. Second, taking two different logos and doing much more than copying is considered parody, not breaking of copyright (and what's with the question marks?). Thirdly, you should mention the inclusion of permissions in the description under the guidelines for posting themes.

As for the name WinMac... Looks like I've embarrassed myself again.
