I don't see that bug/artefact on my desktop, might be that it turns up on higher resolutions, mine is 1024 x 768.

Still I don't run Y'z Shadow on my system as it (along with many window "enhancing" apps) screws up my window refreshing (refresh of the previously overlapped area - "cliprect" - is often delayed enough to destroy whatever value the sofware would otherwise gain/retain).
