I'm going out on a limb here and saying that English isn't your primary language. I hope you understand this.
If you have windows XP, you can press ctrl+alt+del when litestep crashes and go to File -> New Task (Run...) then run C:\LiteStep\uninstall.exe to uninstall Litestep.
I'm not 100% sure of this method, I believe it is how I used to do it:
If you have an older version, make a boot disk. When you get to the C\> prompt type Edit C:\windows\system.ini Then where you see shell=C:\litestep\litestep.exe or something like that, replace it with shell=explorer.exe and save. Then restart the computer. You'll be back to regular windows.
