This is like the 30,000 time this has been asked...all with similar titles I believe. Now to give you a nice analogy to work from. Asking how shortcuts are created is like asking "How do I rebuild an engine?" There is no *POOF* its there action you can do. You have to do some digging and some tinkering to get things working.
