There's an 'Add New Setting' button right now. When you click it, a little window pops up with two input boxes. One for the 'setting' and another for the 'value.' It appends to the last file in the returned list.

I'm not sure about expanding on that much, because I originally just wanted this to be a tweaker type thing...but it would be a pretty simple thing to do. Maybe later. ;)
