Yep, the left side "hotspot" is alpha shaded and does cover the (0,0) pixel. I suppose I ought to move it down a pixel, seeing as how MS isn't likely to fix that bug anytime soon. ;) In the meantime, you can edit hotspots.rc in the config folder and change these two settings (was '0' and 'ResolutionY'):
