Define this in evars.rc or personal.rc:
MyComputer "explorer.exe /n,/e,::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}" ; use CLSID
Then assign your popup entry to $MyComputer$. You'll need to assign a custom icon to that, as it won't have a default icon.
