IF you hit the cltr+alt+f1 key combo, you'll see a menu that offers the option to "Recycle LiteStep". Most people probably have a personal hotkey defined to run the same bang command (!recycle), which reloads all of your settings and modules.
If all of this sounds very strange to you, I suggest you spend at least a little time reading the documentation. It'll be worth it in the long run. I think Ctrl+shift+f1 is assigned by default to bring up the basic docs, at least if you used Omar's OTS installer.
