Download the installer (http://www.litestep.net/?section=7&catId=0&action=details&id=79), then upgrade to the latest [non-beta] build of the core (http://www.litestep.net/download.php?mod=114,module). You can try using other themes once you've read up a little bit on how things work (http://wiki.litestep.com/Index).
