Maybe going the other way would be better. Maybe I could find a little freeware utility that would give me the systray.

oh, I also meant to ask... about an easy way to display the taskbar once it has been hidden. If it is there, I can just click on the gripper to remove it. Is there an easy way to show it again, without having to recycle?
