Mostly everything is going fine except no matter what them I use the windows I open still look like default xp windows. Any one have any idea how to fix this?

1. Format your C: drive

2. Install Windows 98

3. Install LiteStep

4. Look at the pretty windows that doesn't look like XP Windows

5. Read the stickies.
