Looking very very nice.
A minor quirk, swap the column locations for # of views and # of replies, I thought there were 41 replies to this thread, but it was just views.
You might want to make some sort of title for the search bar, based on the number of moronic posts we get already, people will get confused by that.
Very very big improvement on the forums, good job.
