Ok, the fact that !popup isn't working but !PopupTheme is makes me think you're \personal\popup.rc file is fubar from previous edits. Make sure all your *popup "stuff" folder entries are eventually followed by a ~folder (should be the same number of each!), and make sure your popup.rc starts with *Popup !New !Popup and ends with *Popup ~New. Also make sure that your \personal\personal.rc has "*jDeskMButton2 [.none;!none;!Popup;!none]" in it. It may just be easier to reinstall Litestep. :P
