Cerbie ; So far the themes I have that I can't get to work right are logic.dream, Shinra, Blue heart, & Ximian NG

deuce ; I checked the code and actually logic dream was configured as xPopupCompatibilityMode Bool and I edited it to true now when I did that the Program Loader started working but I still don't have popups.

Note: any themes using other versions of popup other than X work just fine.
