Open the theme.rc, and comment out the following by putting a ";" infront of it (no quotes):
include "$ConfigDir$system_time.rc"
It won't be quite that easy, though. You're going to have variable errors to fix, and if something else's position relies on those label's positions for their position, it won't be in the right spot.
