it sounds like he already removed litestep...which he shouldn't have done just because he couldn't get the theme changer to work, (we coulda helped with that) but whatever...
ok, go here, download the file, run it, and choose explorer. then if you wanna re-install, I'm sure we can help with that pesky theme changer issue.
