Yea for the first one try ctrl-alt-f1 and recycling litestep, if that doesn't work you can just bring up a run dialog and go to your litestep dir and click the 'switch to default theme' shortcut.

Noohelp for the second I'm afraid, although I have done some winamp streaming and nothing ever crashed on me. Does the taskbar have an mp3 display area? Maybe it can't read the information from the stream properly and crashes it.. that's just a guess though.
