Well, the language bar is not a litestep module. That is exactly the problem :) The language bar belongs to windows and its explorer. Normally it would be placed between the systray and the taskbar by the explorer. Dut to a trick (killing the ctfmon.exe and changing something in the registry) you can get it in litestep. It is freely floating around then. Occasionally it disappears, it crashes, freezes and more.
Maybe using the language bar is just not a good idea at all. :) I would use a similar litestep module if I could find one and I would be very happy about a name of such a module.
