If you don't mind downloading them it's as easy as adding
*NetLoadModule jdesk-0.73
to your theme or step.rc file but if you have the modules on your computer already you would just add something like this
LoadModule $ModulesDir$laptop.dll
where $ModulesDir$ points to the directory that the modules are installed in... check ls-universe.info or loose-screws.com for the newest modules to get the version if you want to use the netload method. also make sure you look at the docs that come with the modules before you load them up to ensure they work right...
