Oh and I copied n pasted wrong bit lol!
was suposed to be

TimeLabelOnLeftClick !TimeLabelSetText "[time('ii:nn:ss')]"
TimeLabelOnRightClick !TimeLabelSetText "[time('h:nn am/pm',)]"
