1) u have downloaded the right installer.
2) additionally download the latest build from this link :
http://www.litestep.net/?section=7&catId=0&action=details&id=93
and extract it to your LiteStep folder.
3) download some themes from this site --THAT ARE OTS2-- complaint.
4) install those themes under your \Themes\ directory and use the popup menu to switch between themes.
5) all modules needed for a theme will be downloaded automaticaly.
