this should go into the themes forum, because it's for the austerity theme i guess. you'll have to edit the rc files manually to do it, but taking into account you dont seem to know this much, i suggest you to use another theme, like *the gathering*, which has a skin similar to austerity (if you like it), and can have different placements for all the modules.
