there was a tag in popup.rc that had to be changed

*Popup "programs" !DynamicFolder:"$Programs$"
the tag
!DynamicFolder:"$Programs$"
was
!DynamicFolder:"$Programs$|$CommonPrograms$"
or something similar, anyways I fixed it but I do appreciate the response
