The "Working set" would be smaller the less RAM one has since more will get swapped out. For example, my computer has 128 MB RAM, and it's not unusaual to get such low mem usage. If I had 512+MB, then I'd expect much higher usage. (I'm only talking about the live "working set" here - excluding swap.) -- by Ravi from LSLM

as for the second one... icondesk is used for the desktop icons and i dont think it supports those features.
