For what reason?
If you need only input language name, use xLabel:
[kblayout] and [skblayout] escape sequences.
Or you can choose RusLat:
litestep.bip.ru/download/ruslat-2.1.zip
to show an icon in tray.
If you need complete Language Bar with Voice and Handwriting controls, you may use Language Bar in a floating mode, but there is no chance to see in embedded into the LS interface elements since there is no such module...
