Hate to bring this up from several months ago, but the problem started again, and it hasn't stopped.

In reference to nggalai's post, I'll confess ignorance:
1) Where would I find my event log?
2) What is perfmon?

And yes, pdh.dll is in the WINDOWS/system32/ directory.
