Which installer are you using? If you're using 3.0.2 you can fix it by using the shortcut in the litestep directory to revert to the default theme. Can't remember the name of the shortcut but it's icon is a yellow exclamation symbol. I'd check the name for you but I'm in the process of doing a clean windows install so I can setup litestep on a fresh system.

No LiteStep did not make me reinstall Windows lol ;)
