most of those already have themes though. what you really need to do is build a full on skin suite. Winamp...FooBar...Trillian...WindowBlinds...StyleXP...ShellWM...Mozilla...etc...
/nod, People want themes these days, at least from what I'm seeing. They want you to give them a full setup; background, window skins, icons, the works. And then they will play with it as they see fit (or not at all). You'll be amazed as the sheer number of poeple, even techs, that still use the *original* Windows XP background image (you know, the one with the grass plain). They look at my desktop in envy unkowing how easy it is to just change it all.
As for the above list, hate to say it, I hadn't herd of any of them but QuickTime (providing you are talking about Apple's qt). And personally, I think the Application skins that Apple is using (QT, iTunes, Safari) are butt ugly.
