No thats not it I already know what the problem is but not how to fix it. The problem is when win2k pro was built they never expected the open gl standard to change nor did they plan on the way the new direct 3d works, so if you use directX 8.0 or higher it will cause problems. To fix this along with some other issues they made sp4. Sp4 should have solved this problem but for some reason it didn't. I got ahold of a friend in california, she will be calling me tomarrow to help. She is also an analist in the army but for computers insted of weapons like me. She deals alot with the NT system so she should be able to help greatly. I wish I could get her to teach me about link 16, but anyway if you all have any more ideas please post.
