Well RabidCow I did a test on your theory and you right its the modules fault my test was

Desktop rez at 1280x1024
box size witdh 1280 height 640
positioned at 0,0
placed systray y setting at -800

and yeah it showed up at the normal screen place

So I guess its a bug in all modules and not lsbox
hrmm
no easy fix then
