download any ots2 theme. if its a zip then extract the contents to your \Themes\ Folder in ur LiteStep directory or ur the location u selected while installing litestep. THen in the rightclick popup menu select LiteStep->Change Themes->refresh List. then u will see a entry of that theme in the change themes submenu. select it from there. If u download a *.lsz file then simply double clicking the file will install and run it. i dindt get ur "bind fileestion... ;)
