If you were to use the load option with dynamp, it would need to be "load dynamp.dll" because the dll in the zip is named dynamp.dll.
There's no real reason to do this though, it's only needed when there are multiple dlls in the zip, or when the module will not work if it is renamed. (and it may cause trouble if anything tries to guess the path to the module)
