it's !PopupTheme.

if you've still got the shift+left click definition in your personal.rc, there's bound to be some little typo on your theme popup.rc file causing the conflict.

then again, you mention you were editing your personal popup.rc, in which case you might've forgotton to close a folder, or even the whole popup menu.
