1. You should create a "rainmeter" directory (let's say in $themedir$)
2. In this directory, you should, at least, create one "skin" directory (let's call it "defaultskin")
3. Put your rainmeter.ini in the "rainmeter" dir.
4. Put your skin.ini and images in the "skin" dir.
5. add this to your theme.rc:
