dwel, do you realize that $USERFOLDER$ is not actually a folder, but a variable? $USERFOLDER$ = your user name in windows. So it'd be something like "C:\Documents and Settings\dwel\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch" if your windows user name was "dwel".
