Uhm,sorry, but I don't think that'll be of any help at all....
As he says, he's on another account (so no LiteStep loaded, and thus no LiteStep to Kill Process) and he already uninstalled (deleted?) LiteStep (probably the entire LiteStep directory...)
I'm guessing here, but there'll probably be a registry key or something he'll have to change so it says 'Explorer.exe' once again :)
