Yah, rebooting and installing again was the first thing I tried, that didn't work. Then I tried the uninstall-install thing, that didn't work either since the uninstaller couldn't remove the file!! So, I had to boot into safe mode *shrugs*, remove the file and run the installer again ... well, all fine now.
