I'm not sure bout the moving, but to create a group, write at the end of file:

*shortcutEx "group" "25"
*shortcutEx addToGroup NameOfShortcut1
*shortcutEx addToGroup NameOfShortcut2
*shortcutEx addToGroup NameOfShortcut3
*shortcutEx addToGroup NameOfShortcut4
*shortcutEx z-order top
*shortcutEx ~group


this is the group 25 and you can hide all with !shortcutgrouphide 25
