Is there any program like IconPhile that works with LiteStep??

i dunno, but search these forums for icons. there have been many threads about that kind of stuff.

I believe that litestep has nothing to do. If iconphile did the work without LS, the it should work also with litestep. The definition of those special folder icons are on the windows registry (some on desktop.ini files), and LS doesn't change/block that in any way.

A long long time ago I used E-Icons to do that kind of customization, maybe it helps you.

actually, neither of those programs work on ls, they only work for explorer.

you need to edit your shell32.dll and some other files to get all your icons changed.

OK, so actually those programs don't "change" the icons, they make "explorer" to show others, and if explorer is not running they don't work. That's why... (I believe)
