how come when i download themes and install them, some of them dont work. i have to goto task manager and run lsts to goto the standard theme

Because the copy of LSTS you have is broken and you have not read the forums or downloaded the fix?

And because a lot of themes that claim to be "OTS compliant" in fact aren't... they don't come with a .thm file and thus LSTS screws up. But as DeV pointed out there's a fixed LSTS which also works with such themes. Still it'll be a good idea to let the author(s) of the themes know that they forgot the .thm file.

fixed lsts? i don't recall ever updating mine but it still works fine.... hmmm this is all news to me.

ever tried using LSTS to switch to themes that don't have a .thm file? ^_^
you'll get the famous sdttep.rc error if you don't have the patch.
