Every time i load my current scheme i get this pop up, im not sure where im supposed to edit to sort out this problem, any help would be appreciated

Uninitialized variable: modulesdir at line: *popup "module docs" !PopupFolder:"$ModulesDir$docs\"

It means that you have not setup a Variable called ModulesDir. This problem is somewhere in your themes popup setup. You can either set the eVar or you can remove the line from the config, your choice.
