how can i get rid of OSP and themes and get back to normal Windows

If I remember rightly, just use add/remove programs from the control panel.
Now a more tricky one, how does one stop litestep running on startup and just run normal windows instead (without uninstalling). I have xp, and have a feeling it's something to do with reg keys, just not sure which ones.
