lol ok I had litestep 2 years ago, and Im 1 of those people that nothing ever works for, I had XP, but on this PC am runnin win 98, whenever i try to run litestep im missin a ???60.dll i think its like MVSP or something,and have to put back 98 as the shell.
anyone think of a fix or an older litestep which is 98 compatible? im runnin a AMD K62 450, 128meg pc.
Would this be enough as its clearly more graphically based than XP.

when you install litestep, are you also getting the newest indiestep? I know I've seen that error before, and I think that fixes it.

a required DLL, MSCVP60.dll was not found,
sryo- the LS installer or indiestep?
the indiestep on shellfront is an older version than the one on indiestep.sourceforge.net,

Download msvcp60.dll from shellfront. There's a link on the right just above the installer.

ok heres another one ;>
lol all the themes i have dl'd... none have a background wallpaper, although they are all shown with one, examination of the zip file shows there are no wallpaper files, ideas? lol

Themes should not come with background wallpapers. If you want the wallpaper it should be available from the author either via a link in the readme or after an email.

does anyone know where I can get the "tron" background then please? no sign of a link or anything.
