I have used linux and windows and i currently have litestep installed on my windows 200 machine but what exactly is it? is it just a new desktop interface or does it make windows more stable? Is the point to make windows as stable as linux and be able to run exe files? Thanks

It's just a shell ... It modify your desktop to make it more pretty, comfortable and usefull ... that all ... =)
