I'm running dual monitors and the bar that runs along the bottom of my screen goes to my 2nd monitor. how would I edit the files to make it stretch only one monitor?

By setting the width of the taskbar properly.

How would I set that for a 19'' flat screen? I don't know numbers, I found the part I'm supposed to edit, but I don't know the values.

on my main screen it is 1280 x 720

PS include the file name im supposed to edit in too. I'm a dumby and forgot it and can't find it again x_x''

well the width of your screen is 1280 pixels so if you want your taskbar to go the full width you would set it to 1280. As to what file it is in...I have no idea. It depends on how the theme was configured.
