I've been using litestep for some time, and sometimes I found my self addicted to editing themes in the notepad.
There were sometimes where I found myself lost in all the stuff and there were times where I couldn't find a way to change the thing I wanted. I've always find my way through and learned by myself though.

The problem is: I'm using the theme ultimatum and I wanted to change the popup delay time, so that it won't instantly open when I mouse over. I went to the "personal" LS document and changed the popup delay time to a bigger value. It didn't worked for this theme.

Can you help me?

Are you sure the setting in your personal.rc is supported by the popup module used in your theme?

How do I know that?

read the docs for the module that is setup in your theme.rc to be your popup. It could be popup or xpopup. Different versions = settings and different options.
