I have this annoying issue with the theme I'm using (SpecBar), but it's not restricted to just this theme.

I'll right-click the desktop to display the popup menu, move to a folder such as "Programs" and it'll pause a second or two while it loads the sub-menu, then before I can select an item, the menu disappears. If I go through the process again, I get a better chance of selecting the program I want, but it's a crap shoot.

It's simply a time-thing or a loss of focus thing. It acts as if I've clicked off the menu, but I haven't.

I'm using popup2-2.1.5 for this theme, no popup icons.

Anyone else have this type of issue? Any fixes?

I would try shutting down different items in your them and then your system tray, probably your system tray. Something is stealing the focus away from LS and the only way to find out for sure what it is would be trial and error.

Yeah, I kinda wondered if that was the issue - sure seems like that's what's happening.

I've seen this bug before in xpopup.
If you have sounds activating on menu opening's the codec
steals focus using mp3's.

Resolve by converting sounds to .wav

If you have no sounds enabled try what Dev said!
