Hi. I hope I put this in the correct forum. Unfortunately, the search function of the website isn't working and I couldn't seem to find any info via google, but I digress.

Upon trying to use themes with a .rc extension, I'm getting an "Access is Denied" error. Just wondering if anyone can fill me in on this.

.RC files can be associated with Notepad. I don't remember why or what they are associated with by default but that fixes it.
